Exploring the impacts of using the artificial intelligence voice-enabled chatbots on customers interactions in the United Arab Emirates

<p>Over the past decade, chatbots have experienced a significant increase in<br />popularity, especially since outbreak of COVID-19. In United Arab<br />Emirates, most businesses accelerated their digital transformation and<br />are relying on as primary way to interact with customers. However,<br />many these lack voice input option for This study<br />investigates benefits and challenges incorporating artificial intelligence<br />(AI) voice-enabled into Arab Emirates (UAE) />how this impacts customer experience. Qualitative research techniques were<br />used gather information, results demonstrate that implementing AI<br />chatbots sentiment analysis features can enhance the<br />customer experience by making it more efficient convenient.<br />Additionally, study found AI ultimately save businesses<br />time money, while they may reduce need human agents, they<br />will not replace them entirely. Finally, an implementation framework />suggestions are provided interested in adopting />voice-enabled interactions.</p>
